I have considered buying a pre built pc from my local store
I would like to use that PC to record games like league of legends.
I would maybe use it to stream but rarely so its not essential but it would be good.
This is my local stores webpage traslated to english:

https://translate.google.hr/translate?hl=hr&sl=hr&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.instar-informatika.hr%2Fgamer-racunala%2F

My budget is flexibile but im planing to buy only from the first page and at around 5500kn(my currency)but i could go up to 6500 if they will make a bigger difference in performance.
I would like you to help me choose a pre build PC from that webpage.
Mainly for recording League of Legends.

I took a look at those PCs but the page does not give detailed specifications, i don't know if it is the translation but in some cases it gives incorrect information (wrong socket, chipset for the listed cpu).
If you ask me, i think these PCs are overpriced cheap builds: Cheap unknown brand H81 motherboards for Intel builds, also unknown brand 500W power supply (if they are cheap with the mobo, they can also be cheap with the PSU). I wouldn't take the risk, even if they offer 60 a day warranty (a low quality PSU could hold the 2 months just to die on the third).
Do you really not have any other place to get a PC?

Meh me.

I just found out that they have 60 months warranty not 60 days, that's pretty neat.
If the warranty covers a PSU failure and any other components, meaning that they would replace the PSU and other components that failed (by hardware reasons not by your fault) for new ones and free of charge then it is pretty much reasonable. Ask for warranty details.

At that case i was taking a look at this one (Kn5.300): https://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=hr&rurl=translate.google.hr&sl=hr&tl=en&u=http://www.instar-informatika.hr/racunalo-instar-gamer-dominator-elite-intel-i5-4460-32ghz-haswell-8gb-ddr3-1000gb-amd-radeon-r7-370-2gb-ddr5-5-god-jamstvo-gamepad-gratis/INDOMINATOR&usg=ALkJrhgVpS_VW1P5L1uENTP0yFh1EJQaig

If you start looking upwards in price then you'll find out that they improve one part but nerf other one, leaving you in the same place and never having a reasonable average. If you find one with an ssd then they remove the harddrive, if you find a better graphics card then they halve the RAM.

Another one i liked that is similar to the first i suggested but with an nvidia card is this one (Kn5900): https://translate.googleusercontent.com/translate_c?depth=1&hl=hr&rurl=translate.google.hr&sl=hr&tl=en&u=http://www.instar-informatika.hr/racunalo-instar-gamer-dominator-pro-intel-core-i5-4460-32ghz-haswell-8gb-ddr3-1000gb-geforce-gtx960-2gb-ddr5-5-god-jamstvo/INI5GTX&usg=ALkJrhiehQQXRvAwQuSs6gwrBJH1cVnMIQ

These two are in the first page as you suggested and would be good for recording LOL, specially the nvidia one (has good recording capabilities at driver level via ShadowPlay).

Fare well.
