This happens every single time I cut the power to my computer. I turn my computer off, then i flip the switch on my P.S.U, moved it outside to dust it, then I plug it back in and it has to rebuild. This is the most annoying thing in the world. Why does it have to rebuild every single time I cut the power? Somebody please help me, this is getting very annoying.
