Recently, my HDD started downloading at the speeds of 14kb at the max and it's very irritating. I've tried finding a driver for it, but I couldn't find any at their site. I still want to download the driver, but if it doesn't work, I'll need some help.

I doubt it is your disk. You can verify that by downloading to a USB device. Disk drives generally don't have extra drivers. The OS handles them. There might be a diagnostic tool at the Seagate website. You could download THAT to verify there are no disk errors.

You mean the SeaTool? Because when I downloaded the file, it stopped instantly and went corrupt.

This time, I tried to do a disk check, it fixed it, but in the morning when I tried downloading, it was at the same slow speed.

EDIT: I downloaded a random file onto my USB and I got the same speeds.

Now I'm confused whether it's my ISP or my HDD. On my old pc, the download rates were pretty normal, nothing below 200 kb/s. On this computer however, I gotten about 14 kb/s max at some point and other days at a normal rate.
