Hello, just something real quick. How come my pc is able to run pretty intensive games at 60 fps? I only ask this because the specs dont look like they correspond to the performance, or am I wrong?
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 260
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
RAM: 8GB
Motherboard: Nvidia 790 ultra sli

So shich one of these specs makes it so good? I thought a 260 wasnt that great. Same for the 790.

Solution
Resolution matters a lot. The higher the resolution the lower the performance because the GPU needs to render more pixels.

All those games have pretty low system requirements. Try playing the games I listed and you will likely only get okay performance with medium settings.

What resolution are you playing at? And what games and what settings?

I suppose it depends on what games you are playing and what settings you are using. For non graphically intensive games like LoL, Dota 2 and CSGO it should play those games quite well. If you are playing something like the Witcher 3, Far Cry 4, Dragon Age: Inquisition, then I don't know unless you are playing with medium or lower settings and somewhat low resolution.

Of course, it could also be that you have some lucky magical charm working in your favor and now that you questioned your good fortune you will max out at 1 FPS from now on.

Does resolution matter? And I played war thunder on "movie" graphics, which is higher than max, borderlands 2 on max settings, and just cause 2 on max graphics, no problem.

Resolution is a big factor, you must be playing on a really low resolution.
