PC won't install any operating system after bluescreen [Previously Windows 8.1]

So my current situation is this:

my PC running Windows 8.1 (64 bit) crashed when I went to log into it after bringing it out of sleep mode.

When trying to launch it again I just got bluescreen after bluescreen and none of the startup settings worked (yes that includes safemode)

so over the past week I've tried different operating systems, the ones I've tried are:

Windows 7 (Bluescreen after PC restarts during install)

Windows 8.1 (Same as Windows 7)

Windows 10 (Same as Windows 7)

Ubuntu (Freezes everything including the mouse during the "copying files" of the install process however the live CD works fine)

I've wiped, dbanned and formatted my harddrive in multiple formats and methods and nothing has worked.

I've also reset cmos and flashed my Motherboard with the latest BIOS.

Any suggestions?

I will just agree. New HDD. Reset bios before trying Windows install again. If no sucsess your mb is malfunctioning.

I might try a different hard drive, it could be locked so that is does not get written on. If that doesn't work, it is probably your mobo or cpu.
