okay my internet speed according to my router i am meant to be getting 3.6mbs but when ever i try to download anything i end up getting 200kbs so youtube stutters, gaming lags ( the worst thing of all) and downloads take for ever. but i was what would be causing this and if theirs away to fix this,
things i do know, we are close to the exchange so its not that, and its not because we have gone over our plan as we have unlimited internet,

i also heard about qos in my router settings where i can give certain programs higher priority and make them run faster. if this is viable how can i do it
