Noctua NH-D14 cooler position

Hi there. I have a Noctua NH-D14 cooler for my PC setup. The case I have is the Enermax Ostrog GT mid tower case. I know that the cooler and fan position is so it'll blow air out through the exhaust fan. However, I noticed that my exhaust fan is hanging a bit above my cooler so the cooler isn't positioned to blow out the air for the size of the fan my cooler has. I'm not sure if you know what I mean, but I'll attack a photo to this so you can see what I'm talking about. My question is: would it help if I re-position the cooler so the air is blowing through the top instead? Also there's a noticeable raddling sound coming from my heat sink when ever I move my feet by my case. When I go to touch the heatsink itself, it seems it's only on the left tower. I've never had this problem before. Please give me some advice on this. ^^ Thanks in advance!

Solution
It happens... If that issues happens often, you can always apply a tiny amount of threadlock. Just enough to stop them from spinning, not enough to stop them from coming out ever.

Well... I figured out what was the issue with that rattling noise that I thought was the cooler itself, when the case is shook. Seems the mounting screws for my motherboard mysteriously loosened themselves, causing the motherboard and cooler to make the sound. Blew my mind as how the screws loosened up. o_O
