My WD Red is always running in 100 % usage and when I check the S.M.A.R.T. parameters, the status is showing 'Fail'. What is the problem with my hard disk? Thankyou

It does sound back, so you should definitely contact our customer support. If your WD Red is still covered by the warranty, you should send your RMA request in order to get a replacement form us.
