Right, that's more than headache or hangover...
I've done everything like other guys published right here:
https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?13866-Asus-Crosshair-V-Raid-quot-0-quot-HowTo and here:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2485471/asus-crosshair-mobo-raid-problems.html
I got two SSD samsung evo 120gb and 250gb. They're not identical but raid is created and array shows as a functional.
When I try to install windows7 , nothing shows up no disks, no raid, just empty screen, and I need to load the driver so I load newest driver from amd, amd ahci compatible raid controller(c:sb8xx\raid.....etc shows up on the the screen, click next couple of seconds info driver is not verified or there's no driver , and same info again, and again.
I've lost my patience completely where's the fault if everything has been done correctly and nothing works.
When I deleted the array and tried to install win7 without raid 0 both disks are displayed and installation goes right.
Any help with following problem will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Solution
Need to get the RAID drivers and have them available, during install when you get to what disk to install on, need to load the mobo /Raid drivers so the RAID can be seen then can continue install on the RAID

+1 You are wasting your drives, if dead set on a RAID, get another matching 120, build the RAID and use that for only OS and primary apps, put other apps and oft used data on the 250

Thanks mate for your answer I do really appreciate.
I got another 120gb, 250, and another 250 SSD, all of them samsung evo 850 but still cannot install win7 after I created RAID 0. Which RAID should I create?or maybe jbod?
Whatever I do for some reason during installation driver for raid cannot be loaded, and I tried today same thing with windows 10 and same problem.
I have installed windows 10 without raid and it works perfectly, but cannot be installed if raid was already created.
