is the i5 3570k or even the 2500k still worth buying? or should i go with i5 4590 instead?

So yeah i want to play games like crysis 3 and bf4 totally maxed out+200% resolution scale on 1080P... 45 fps is good enough for me? For the rest of the specs it's
8gb ddr3 1600 ram
r9 380 2gb
seasonic m12ii 80+ bronze 620w

Or should i just get i5 4430+r9 380 4gb (2gb more)?

Solution
Here's reality knocking: a 4590(non K) is going to perform higher than an overclocked 8320. We can discuss the merits of extra cores etc etc but the 8320 just doesn't match most i5's in real world application. You appear to have already made up your mind and will get the 8320 which is perfectly fine.

For the sole purpose of gaming, those two CPU's are going to give you the same frame rates as the 4590. The 2500K has proven to be a solid overclocker as well.(most get 4.4ghz and above with reasonable air cooling) But unless you're getting a super deal on those two older CPU's, I'd purchase the 4590.

Get the cheapest i5, AMD is not an option if you can buy an i5. AMD simply cant keep up with an i5 in games due to games single threaded nature. I would also opt for a 4gb card, newer games are going over 2gbs at just 1080p with no res scaling.

I think that the 4590 would be a good choice. With the other options do you need a motherboard that is more expensive as well, also a decent cooler since overclocking which makes it more expensive right now for no reall extra performance.
The 4430 would already do fine with that gpu, saves quite a bit of money, you could invest that in a better gpu if you can get one for $40 more.

But bf4 and crysis can take the advantages of fx 8320's 8 cores. Pplus i can get 8320 for $180.. so getting oc mobo is easy.. and my friend gonna sponsor me a h100i. Im also gonna do some streqming and rendering :/

i also cannot make a decision lol. I guess maybe just go with an 8320? Then in 2 years upgrade to something like a cannonlake i5,

To be 100% honest and unbiased, with a 4gb r9 380, as long as you get a solid overclock on the 8320, your single thread bottleneck will be minor.
The i5 would perform better in general, but the 8320 is better if you decide to record/stream later on.
