Window runs fine in Safe Mode, but not in normal

That usually occurs when you've installed a driver (or some other software which includes drivers) that Windows doesn't like.
It doesn't affect Safe Mode because third-party drivers aren't loaded in Safe Mode.
Try to remember what you recently installed just before the problem started, then remove the offending driver or software in Safe Mode.
