Choosing PC case

Hello. So I am building a new PC and I was wondering about the cases. Since there isnt much of a choise in my country, here are my options:

What I am looking for in a case:
1) - Zalman Z11 plus
2) - Zalman Z11 neo
--------------------------
3) - CM Haf 912 Advanced
--------------------------
4) - FD Define R5

I would really like to stay in the first budged zone :D, so please when you awnser back up your choise and tell me why it's better.
Also I would like to know is there really difference between Z11 plus and neo.

What I am looking for in a case:
- Sometimes it gets really hot in my country so I would like the case to have good airflow(for the money ofcorse)
- To have a resonable cable managment.

A computer case can be one of the few things that can be reused between builds. I suggest spending as much as you can on a high quality case, especially since airflow is very important to you. Then when your current build gets old, or worn out you can replace everything and still keep the case. Saving you from having to invest in a case again.

The difference in the plus and neo is the neo is a bit newer design that you can remove the center drive cage, both come with the same case fans, removing the center drive bay usually helps with airflow.
The 912 advanced has better airflow because of the 200mm fans, also with the center drive cage being removable.
The R5 is much higher quality. Comes with 2 140mm fans.
For the price to cooling performance the 912 would be your best option without buying extra fans. (remove the center drive cage)

Thank you all for the awnsers. They were alot helpful but I have decided that I should go with something newer that can fit my budged and my needs which is much better than the lower linked Zalaman casses.
I will be buying FD Define S.

Zerk2012 has the best awnser according to the title so I will pick you as solution to the topic.
