i started buy using my bios but now because it is more convenient i am using AMD one drive so:
i up it to 4,5 GHz (1,363v)and i let Aida 64 run for 30 minutes came back ugh freezes and realy hot so now i tried it at 4,3 ghz and it worked fine at around 60 c and at 1,371v so i lowerd it to 1,625 and it lowers the temps effectively so i ask i want the best multiplier / voltage / ratio so i can get the best performance but not fry my mobo or overheat it (60 c is my nice spot :) )

PS :i use the AMD stock cooler which read cooler master on it (it is a low profile with i think 4 heat pipes or 2 with 2 input fans and to out put fans )

ps2 : my mobo is a gigabyte 950a up3d i think :p

ps3 i am probably going to get a bequiet! CPU cooler ( so i will re-post when i get it) but for now that is what i have

Solution
OK. So now go back to something nice and safe and try adjusting the FSB a little.

I'm assuming that you have read a couple of the overclocking guides stickied above, and maybe looked at some videos too.
Heat, high temperatures, and high voltages are the enemy of CPUs and their continued life.

I read this 1,625 as a voltage that I would not attempt myself, and certainly not on a stock cooler.

The motherboard you have then if fine for what you are doing. You say really hot what is that as a quantitative temperature?

You need to get a bit more systematic. The chip is a 4.0/4.2 chip, so 4.3 isn't much of a stretch. What were your stock voltages and temperatures, before you started overclocking?

I guess you'd better stay with the stock voltage until you get a proper cooling solution.
And what you need to know is that every chip is different, so there is no best multiplier/voltage ratio really.
But you can aim for 4.8Ghz at 1.37-1.39V depending on the quality of your chip.

whell i cept geting system unstable so i underclocked and try it and it wass stable after that i uped the freqency to 4,1 ghz and it said : an eror oqured in memory alocation waht the f do i do now ?????

b.t.w in the morning when i last possted i was still overclocking and i crached my pc an ero came up which i serch but i forgot its name it said it hade something to do with my amd driver and that i hade to run in safe mode and stuff like thst enything on that ??
