will my fx8350 at 4.4 MHz bottleneck my sapphire r9 270x 2gb clocked at 1070 core and 1400 memory

if anything would bottleneck your cpu that would be your mobo. MSI 970A-G43 doesnt include FX 8350 in the compatability list.

temps below or barely above ambient cannot be accurate for any cpu or gpu. try different monitoring software. also check here

my fx8350 is idle at 35c the cpu temp in 1st post is 10c I think its surface temp is cpu and the mobo (cpu1) is the real temp of chip.. I don't know.
