Irregular bsods and freezes during start.

Hi, everyone, and sorry for my english :)

So here's the problem I've been struggling with for the last 3 years. It's a little bit complicated but I'll try to describe it as clear as I can.

Sometimes during start ups of my computer I get blue screens. Not always, but very often. After that computer restarts and here comes three possibilities how it will end:
a) I'll get another bsod
b) computer will freeze at bios splash screen
c) (best) computer will successfully load up without any problems.

Ususally I get a) again and again until system finally loads itself up. When I get splash screen I have to reset manually. And if I'm lucky system loads up, if I'm not, well... bsod or splash screen freeze again. Sometimes I can see Windows logo and underneath it says that it's preparing repair - but it has never helped.

It didn't bother me that much. When system loads up I don't have ANY problems during playing games, watching movies etc. Nothing. But sometimes (very rarely but still) it messes everything up - often it breaks my network card setting so it does not see any connections (then reseting bios usually helps). Four or five times during that 3 years I had to reinstall my system. I had to do it 2 days ago and I'm tired of it so I'm making this thread.

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT INFORMATION: I have all these problems only when I turn on my computer for the first time in the particular day. So all these freezes and bsods comes up only during first start up of the day. Sometimes more if there's few hours break between me using the computer. When system loads up successfully I can reset and reset and no problems AT ALL. I hope you understand what I've just said :)

I put it in memory section because I have my suspicions that it's memory fault. That's why (here comes a little tricky part so please read carefully):
I test my memory with memtest from time to time. It shows errors only when I'm 'lucky' enough to get some problems with system loading up, I think. So imagine this: it's a new day, I get up. I turn on my computer and boot it straight from the USB with memtest. It's testing and boom - here come errors.

But let's try it after system loaded up - I reset, get into the bios, change boot to USB, testing with memtest - 0 errors. Isn't it weird?

I've also tested hard drive with HD Tune - no errors.

Sorry I don't have any bsods info but - like I said - I just reinstall my system and minidump folder is empty. Only error I remember is connected with irql_not_less_or_equal. Now I'm writing on the laptop. These problems occurs on PC:
i5 2500k,
MSI GTX 970,
Corsair 2x4GB XMS3 Heat Spreader,
Asrock p67 pro3
Western Digital Caviar Blue, 3.5'', 1TB

Unfortunately I don't have any additional ram modules to check if there's actually problem with my RAM.

They came in a single package.

UPDATE: OK, I had an oppurtunity to plug some new memory in - G.Skill Ripjawsx 2133mhz. I'll see if that's helped. For now it works but I'm testing it only for one hour. It needs more time, but I have a question - should I set XMP profile with 2133mhz in bios or keep 1066 like it was set with Corsairs? Not sure if that's important but my cpu is OC to 4.3ghz with 1.3v.
