Could I hit 60+ FPS in GTA V with this build?

120GB SSD
Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
550W PSU

I plan to overclock my CPU to 4 Ghz I do have a 212 Evo for that. And if you think I need something esle let me know. The only part I bought was the ssd and the 212 Evo.

hi,
there is no reason why you shouldnt hit 60+ easily at 1080p, although you didnt give your resolution

however are you sure about just a 120gb ssd? gta v takes 60GB+ on its own so after windows, other programs and gta, youd be nearly filling the ssd
