Should I disable these startup programs?

I don't like programs that boot with my PC on start-up but I have a few that might be needed are they?

-Delayed launcher (Intel Corp.)
-ISCT SysTray (Intel Corp.)
-iusb3mon (Intel Corp.)
-Catalyst Control Center Launcher (AMD)

Solution
i'd start with the biggest "bloat" first and see how it impacts things, and then disable another one if need be. this way if stuff breaks or stops working right, you know which item to reset back.

Don't even think of considering hibernation. Sleep, sure, hybrid is ok too, but hibernation takes everything from memory and writes it to storage. Makes for a faster startup, sure, eats the hell out of system resources, uses a huge amount of storage space, and if unfortunate enough to have it on SSD, you can kiss any decent life expectancy out the window. Hibernation was designed for laptop usage, not desktop, and even there it's a disaster.

Your best bet is to move them one at a time to delayed start, which means they'll wait a few minutes after startup to load. If nothing untoward happens in their absense, they should be safe to disable. Iusb3monitor deals with usb3 porting, frequencies and usage throughout the mobo, and CCC deals with your graphics card, so has input on resolutions, colors, sizes, fonts etc. Dunno about the other 2.

Those programs honestly take only a second or 2 to load, so really don't affect startup times much at all, but can affect operation until activated. If you have display settings through CCC and try a game without it activated, it may end up all kinds of funky.

Liking startup programs or not because you assume you can disable them at whim is secondary to smooth running of your pc. If you are that desperate for speedy startup, buy an SSD for OS.
