Hi !
Is this PSU good enough for my computer? Can I overclock my CPU ?
- Seasonic 620W S12II-620 ATX

On
- CPU = AMD FX-6350 6 Core 3.9 GHZ 14MB 125W PIB AM3+
- CPU cooler = Raijintek Aidos Heatpipe
- GPU = MSI AMD R9 390 GAMING, 8GB GDDR5, 2xDVI/HDMI/DP, PCI-E
- Motherboard = ASUS M5A97 R2.0 AM3+ AMD970 ATX
- RAM = 2x KINGSTON HyperX/4GB 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM
- Hard drive = SEAGATE SEA BARRACUDA 1TB 3.5" SATA3 7.2K 64MB
- Case - ANTEC VSK4000E

Solution
Looking at the system, the 620W should do just fine, however it does limit your expandability. I would recommend going to at least a 750W PSU to allow for future Crossfire setups or a more demanding CPU.

You could go for the CX750 by Corsair:

Or maybe this Roswill one which is also Gold certified, as opposed to bronze.

the psu tier list comprises many popular makes and models of power supply rated from tier one (best) to tier 5 (doorstops)
from the link in my sig:

Tier Four
No Japanese capacitors found. Only Taiwanese capacitors and may even include Chinese capacitors. Very basic safety circuits or even thin gauge wiring used. Not for gaming rigs or overclocking systems of any kind. Avoid unless your budget dictates your choice.

Corsair
CX / CXM Channel Well Technology
