I don't know what happened to my laptop (Lenovo g50-70 windows10 64bit )
whenever I open my laptop the normal way (pressing the power button) I can't play any music and videos (youtube) and the shockwave plugin starts to crash but when I hard reset it and reopen it again, all of sudden I can play music in groove, spotify 8tracks etc and watch videos on youtube. And then while I'm using it to play some music, it suddenly stops and I can't do video&music streaming.

its been bugging me for a while now, I don't know when did the problem start, I think it started after the update this september 2015

I tried reinstalling my playback device, upgrading my google chrome, scan my laptop for viruses (which nothing came up), look for malicious program and still same symptoms shows up

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Please backup your important files to a USB stick, external disk or whatever is available - just in case! Next try is the reset my pc section here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/windows-10-recovery-options Chouse the "keep my files" option.

If you're desperate to solve it, resetting your PC will work for sure!

Press windows key -> Search for "Reset this PC" -> Press "Get started" -> Press "Remove everything"

Just remember to back up any files that you want to keep!

I tried to restore it to the point of recent windows update but it fails, the notice tells me that there is something wrong with my drive c ( unexpected error occurred) I tried checking it for errors and disk cleaning but still the I can't restore it.
