[Urgent] Cant find pci lock And graphics card is stuck

I've recently bought a new graphics card and was about to install it, however I can't remove my old graphics card since I can't find the tab that unlocks it. The motherboard is an intel nh82801gb.

The motherboard you list is actually just the model of the chipset. (nh82801gb) But from the pics, it appears to be a Lenovo OEM board.
Looking at picture 20150927_143554, it doesn't appear to have a front latch. The card may simply be stuck from years of heat and use.

Once you get the mounting screws removed, gently rock the card front to back. Never side to side. It should break free.
