Don't know if it's your intent, but don't piecemeal a build. Save up until you can purchase the entire system.
Ask again in six months. Too many things can change between now and when you're ready to buy/build.
If you were buying today, I'd say it's a decent build but why not the latest gen of processors?

Parts may have entirely different prices or be unavailable altogether in the next 6 months. Also, since the new I5 6600k is here, it does make sense, just for the sake of it, to go for it.
I would advise, to gather all your hard earned bucks and spend all of them in 6 months.

i plan on getting all parts in 6 months not getting a part when i have enough and the main reason for settling for a lower processor is that im 16 living at home and the pc is out of MY money im getting EMA atm so in 6 -8 months will have around £900 in my bank account and convincing my parents £700 on a PC was Extremely hard but convincing them to add another £100 will be nigh impossible xD
