Looking for RAM Upgrade Suggestion

Hi there,

Im looking for upgrade my PC RAM, currently I have 2 x 4GB Corsair (cmt8gx3m2a1866c9)
on ASUS P8Z68 Delux Motherboard. And this RAM not listed in ASUS QVL.

And need higher memory for multi tasking and VMware workstations work.

1. Im thinking to buy corsair vengeance CMY16GX3M2A1866C9 (2 x 8GB) x2 kit for 32GB of RAM.

or

2. Memory Kit CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10 (1 x 8B) x4 for 32GB

My question is In this case what will happen to Latency and performance.

And if above above methods is not good please suggest me better RAM for me.

(Sandy Bridge) Core 17 2600K oc 3.40 Ghz 8MB
ASUS P8Z68 DELUXE/GEN3
16X PCIE( NVIDIA) ASUS GTX570 Direct CU II

RAM 8GB CORSAIR DOMINATOR GT CMT8GX3M2A1866C9
Corsair Hydro HI00 Cooler

If thinking 32GB get a single package of 32 GB, not two 16GB packages, it may cost a little more but that way you get four sticks tested to work together, mixing 2 sets there's no guarantee they will play nice. People get caught up in this all the time, think they are saving a few bucks by getting two 2 stick sets and then Boom, they don't play and have to RMA, maybe pay restocking fees, lose a week or two and then end up paying the full price of the 4 stick set

Thanks for replying me very quick, Is there any more suggestions you can give me like using (4 x 8GB) (CML32GX3M4A1600C10) (it says z68 compatible) 1 kit compare to 8GB single 4 pcs.

And also from ASUS they have added only two model of 8GB single piece RAM in QVL.

Would these two models better than corsair vengeance.

And also anyother recommend brands or models for me, like Corsair dominator or kingston HyperX.

PLEASE UPDATE WITH BEST OPTION FOR ME. REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR SUGGESTIONS
