Games like LOL on low and minecraft. anything higher will have such low performance you will not be able to enjoy the game.

I will help a small fraction. With intel HD graphics you are limited by both the speed of the integrated graphics core, and the speed of the system memory. For example a desktop GPU like a GTX 950 has hundreds of render units for creating frames, over a gigahert of processing speed, and its memory is around 6GHz. While the Intel HD graphics only has usually under 100 render units, about 700MHz processing speed, and its memory being ddr3 usually is about 1.3 to 1.6GHz.

You will be able to run the game, at low setting with reduced resolution. But it may not feel fun due to the extremely low performance.

Older games such as Morrowind, Counter Strike 1.6, and some new low spec games like League of Legends. You may need to lower everything and play at 800x600 for it to run effectively.
