I'm using an A58M-E33 Motherboard with 8gb of DDR3 RAM from Avexir and a Thermaltake TR2 430w Power supply. The full list of parts i'm using are here: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/kahnethius/saved/#view=79GFf7 The intercooler and power supply power on, but there is nothing on the monitor when attempting to boot up. The case I have is broken, so I am having to short out the pins for the power switch.

EDIT: So now when I boot it up, I hear a loud, long beep and I get the message, "Overcurrent has been detected on your USB device". I checked all of them and none are bent. Okay, that stopped after resetting the CMOS again.

Solution
Is video plugged into the discrete GPU (graphics card) or the onboard video output - if card - try the onboard, and get into BIOS set primary video to PCI-E/PEG
