So I've been trying to get into pc gaming, and I am looking for the best components I can buy for $200-$250 CAD. (NOTE, I already have a case, 500w PSU, OS, monitor, keyboard, and mouse, also no optical drives please and thank you.) Any suggestions? (Also, if possible, include a link to PCP, please) Thanks.

P.S. I'm hoping to play modern and upcoming gaming (Mad max, MGS V, Fallout 4, XCOM 2, etc., at 40fps and decent settings.)
P.P.S I can also extend the budget to 350, but no more than that.

IMO there's nothing that's going to accomplish what your looking for; running modern games at med/high at 40 fps is going to run you more than C$350. If I was going to bother spending/building at all this would be my minimum...

and even then I'd want a 970 over the 960. You can drop the GPU down to the 750 Ti and maybe save a bit but it depends on what "decent settings" are to you. The CPU is already minimum for MGS V.
