How about this build below then buddy? It's an mATX build, not for any particular reason, it just happened to be cheap. Should run Battlefield 4 at 30fps at max settings at 1080p. Sorry but you're not gonna see much better performance out of a build at this price. Though other people should feel free to one up me.

I suggest going with a Western Digital Caviar Blue. It is a higher quality and only $3 (USD) more.
