I have a issue where I turn on the computer it goes on a turning on and off loop nonstop but when I unplug everything and disconnect the gpu cpu etc it turns on sucessfully but when I put back the gpu cpu etc it goes back to the turning on and off loop again. I need help pls , is the mobo faulty???
