Authentication error is often caused by not typing the wireless key exactly as it has been saved in the router or modem's setup.
The key is "case-sensitive". That means each letter must match the saved key exactly (capital or non-capital).
Also make sure you don't type the letter 'O' when it should be the number '0'.
