Random 100% disk usage problem?

When it works at 100% it slows down like crazy and all programs stall takes forever to load and close anything I had no problems like this in windows 7 everything ran smoothly I would upgrade to Windows 10 but people say that they had driver issues and all that so I'm not in a hurry but I would like to know if there is a fix to this

Oh, you went to Windows 10, and expected something that Microsoft literally tossed together in less than a year to be bug free?
Sorry... Microsoft may have released it close to their stated release date, but even now, months later, it is still very, very buggy. So you are now a Windows 10 beta tester. Enjoy living with the bugs until Microsoft figures out how to fix them.
