which one to choose theres a diffrence of about 16 dollars ? I was thinking to buy the gigbyte single fan one but asus also looks good should I save my 15 dollars or its worth it??

PSU model/ brand and info from PSU label how much amperes /wattage can deliver on 12V line ?
Anyway if your PSU can deliver min 350W on 12Line you can take this GPU but not OC it

Your PSU is no name lowest end quality and can only deliver 288W * (if label tell as true ) on 12V line is very weak one you can only go for GTX 750Ti even if R7850 is faster one your PSU simply is not enough to run this GPU.
This card chip can be old but still is faster than GTX 750Ti and have also better support for DX 12

Go for cheapest one difference in GPU clocks is to small to pay more, you can always OC latter if you buy new PSU
