Does Black Ops 2 Run Well?

I'm interested in purchasing black ops 2 for pc but I had a bad experience with black ops 1. I currently have a Radeon r5 230 2gb graphics card and a 2.8GHz dual core processor. I can run MW3 at ultra and not drop below 30 FPS, but I can't get above 30 FPS on the lowest settings for BO1. People told me that BO1 was badly calibrated and doesn't run good on many PCs. I want to know if BO2 is better calibrated and whether or not I can run it before i try and purchase it.

it runs really well on my laptop so i don't think you will have any problems at all with FPS it should run fine and i'm planning on buying COD BO1 for PC but with the place i'm buying from it says "only dvd compatible" on the box, does this mean this game is not a steam version and i have to put my disc in every time i want to play it even after installing the game? if i do need to put my disc in every time i want to play the game i will search for one that is a steam version and doesn't need the disc in to play it also i don't want to buy the games through steam i want to have the hard copy.
