I have recently purchased the
Micro Tower industrial PC - Long Life Mainboard (Through 2019), 4th Gen 22nm Haswell CPU, Intel Q87 Chipset, 2 x LAN, DVI-D/HDMI/DP/VGA, 4 x COM, 8 x USB, 4 x USB 3.0, 3 x PCI, 300W P/S

I upgraded to i7, 32GB DDR3-1600GHz, a 128 GB ssd, and a 4TB hdd. I also purchased a graphics card: the GeForce GTX 960. Of course now I realize that the graphics card won't fit into the case, and I need to upgrade my psu.

Can you please help me choose an appropriate case and psu for my motherboard and graphics card etc. so that I don't have this problem again? Thank you for any help!

Solution
Can you better identify your motherboard, particularly as to size.
It looks to me like you have a M-ATX motherboard, based on the presence of 3 expansion slots.
Look at the spacing of the motherboard mounting holes and compare them to what you see here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ATX

On the assumption that you have a standard M-ATX motherboard, I can personally vouch for the Silverstone TJ-08E case.
