Lately I've been copy some files on my external. but when i plug in on my computer it says i need to format. and when i try to format. it can not format. i check the disk management. it says it became RAW. please someone help me about this and last sorry for my bad English. thanks in advance.

Hi Eddiie and welcome to the community. 
I assume you don't need your data if you've already tried to format the HDD? First I'd recommend that you try the standard steps: try the drive with a different USB cable (preferably shorter than 12") and with a different computer/device, to see if the same thing happens. If that doesn't help, I'd suggest that you download the HDD manufacturer's diagnostics tool (or a 3rd party diagnostics tool if the manufacturer doesn't offer one) and test the drive with it, to see if any errors or bad sectors pop-up.
