I have chosen the processor Intel core i3 4150 and Gigabyte B85M D3H mobo. I have decided to choose G skill 4GB x 2 1600 Mhz DDR3 Cl9 Sniper RAM. Is it compatible for the motherboard?

Thank you Finally I have my best pc on board for performance. One more doubt is that with the gigabyte motherboard B85M D3H can i install Windows 7 64 bit. Which one to go for? 32bit or 64 bit

windows 32 bit can only support 4gb of ram; you need the 64 bit version to access 8gb.

No problem :)
In 32 bit os you can only have max ram of 4 gb
In 64 bit os you can have more than 4gb of ram like 8 , 16 , 32 , 64 etc..
