I was wondering if there was a way to reduce ram voltage since I'm getting a motherboard that supports 1.575v and was thinking of getting the Kingston HyperX Beast since its the only 8gb ram available in the store for the moment but the problem is that it runs at 1.65v so if someone can help me it would be appreciated :).

What model of the Beast, that's an older line, I'd stay away from many of the 1600 sticks call for 1.65 and run at slow CLs (9, 10, 11) which shouldn't begin to need 1.65, that's indicative of weak memory chips better suited to being in 1333 or even 1066 sticks. Over 95% of all 1600 available today run at 1.5 or less, even high performance (tight CLs) sticks

It should run, but the board will just downclock it to 1600.

What you really ought to be looking for is 1600 MHz RAM, 1.5V, with the lowest latency you can find. Something like this:

I wanted a 1600MHz one but when I went to order it it was out of stock, sadly I can't use newegg because I am not from the us. So just to confirm, If i get a 1866 one will the board just downclock it to 1600?
