hello guys im pretty much done with console gaming. Decided to build a pc. Unfortunately money does not grow on trees so i have a tight budget. im looking to game at least on high with an average of 60 fps if possible. i am looking to play games such as Arma 3, Dayz, LoL, battlefield 4 Rust, fallout. i already have a case, optical drive, monitor, and keyboard. will need an OS though.

this my case if needed

I wouldn't go for the FX-8320 for a gaming build personally, even a Pentium G3258 would beat it in games with a small overclock and a (cheaper) Athlon X4 860K is going to give similar or even slightly better performance. An i5 would be much better than any of the above in games:

If you need to bring the price down a bit to get an OS in there you could switch the GPU for an R9 380
