I would go with the MSI. Its 30 dollars more so it would have to matter to you.

The MSI has

2 x 16 PCIE 3.0 slots while the Gigabyte has 1 x16 and the other x4 - You will get more bandwidth if you plan to SLI later
MSI has a slightly higher upper speed threshold for RAM so likely more comparability. DDR3 is cheap so why not get the fastest RAM you can
The MSI has an M.2 slot so if you want to get the new smaller but fast SSD's you can connect it straight to the board no extra cables
Slightly better sound chip on the MSI Realtek ALC892 vs the Realtek ALC887 on the Gigabyte.
Also one extra USB 3.0 internal header

Hello

This will kind of depend on the rest of the build, since the MSI board is the only board as far as I can see that supports both SLI and CrossFire. So if you are planning on going with more than 1 GPU and going for an Nvidia card than between those 4 options, I would recommend the MSI.

I am not that crazy about ASRock since I have had a few out of box failures with them, so I am kind of biased in that camp.

Between the Gigabyte and the Asus there is not much of a difference and they are quite close to one another. The Asus board supports Quad CrossFire if you wanted to do that but further than that they come pretty close to one another. I personally would go for the Asus board mainly because of its looks and that I have been using Asus products for many years and they have never let me down.

The last thing you should take into consideration is the pricing of the boards. Look at the prices on newegg the MSI board costs the most followed by the Asus board, then the ASRock board and lastly the Gigabyte board.

Out of all of this I would take the Asus board :)

Hope this helps :)
