500 watt power supply enough to run this?

Hello! I Recently upgraded my rig with a r9 270 and an intel i3 4170 on a m-atx msi motherboard. My old psu's fan is acting up so I will replace it with a 500 watt one.I'm not planning on overclocking. Can it handle these specs?

Alright thanks. I'm afraid my budget is tight, i cant afford to spend much.. No more than 30$ for one. I hope the cheap ones dont explode or anything.

The cheap ones CAN possibly catch fire and ruin your whole rig! You will prolly need to spend more than $30. Pick one from at least Tier 2 in THIS LIST.

I found a decently priced tier 2 PSU priced at an affordable price.
It's a bit over my current budget but better than regretting it.
