Jut or your information, GTA 4 is a bad pc port, and will have bad frame rates across many PCs that meat the games requirements. Secondly, you will be able to play CS GO and tf2 with that card, but personally, I would save up a bit more or a better card, one with GDR5 VRAM, but the decision is yours.
yes gta 4 is a bad port and I can already play cs go and tf2 at around medium settings yea I would save up for that card I got all the money I need I can easily get a 750ti but I don't feel like it until I do some other upgrades and thanks if I can play cs go and tf2 at medium settings on a integrated card ati radeon hd 4200 it has 384mb sadly but it was getting the job done I know it wont go very far so I was looking at cards so will I see any higher fps or will I be able to play cs go and tf2 and high settings since with the radeon I lag in high on tf2 and cs go so will I be able to play on high with good fps if I get this card? thanks

Trust me dude, if you get the GTX 750ti with at least 8 gigs of ddr3 ram, and a decent processor, you will be able to smash those games. You will be able to max them out, and play them with a very good FPS, also, instead of getting GTA 4, why not get GTA 5, that is a very good port for PC and runs very smoothly on the card.
