Total: $400.72

However, you need to answer some questions. Do you need an operating system with this? If you already have Windows or something, great. If you don't, that's gonna cost $100 more. Do you have any other components from older machines that can carry over? A case perhaps?

Nah I think I have windows 7 on my Hard Drive. No, I don't have any computer parts because this will be my first build. Any monitors that you can suggest?

If you're on a tight budget, most anything in the $100 - $150 range will do for now. Acer tends to make a nice budget display. Dell is a little pricier, but tends to have an adjustable stand and built-in USB hub, which is nice. Asus, BenQ, and LG are nice too. Whatever you get, I'd recommend it at least have an HDMI port, but try for one with a DisplayPort.

So do I need both ports or do I need HDMI port than DisplayPort or DisplayPort than HDMI port?

It really depends on what video jacks you have on your graphics card. If your GPU has a DisplayPort, then getting a DP monitor is nice. If your GPU only has HDMI and DVI, then make sure you have at least one of those jacks for now, but having the DP as an option for the future is a nice idea.
