Need Help Plugging Molex Cable Into PSU

usually those are male/female blocks that you insert as mini-extensions or to "interrupt" the connection between PSU and a hard drive for example. sometimes they're tough to insert fully if one of the four connection points is slightly out of line as you (inadvertently) press on the wires.
