Fx-6300 to what? Best Motherboard and CPU upgrade for a reasonable price

Hi, my 270x recently burnt out, so I got a new GPU, a SSC 970, but I notice there is a very big bottleneck due to my Fx-6300, which at the time was a good fit, But I am wondering what I should upgrade to.Games I play are CSGO, Arma 3, Rainbow 6, and GTA 5. Current motherboard is MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ Motherboard. I know intel is way better, I just don't know what would be best for a upgrade. Thanks for the help, have a nice day!

Im thinking about 300-400$ area, I know that my motherboard is out of date, which is why I added that in there, I just was torn if I wanted to do a slight increase, or to just go full on out. After the sudden blow out of my old card that was not even a year old, Im not gonna be able to buy it right away.

I like this, But I do have a EVGA 500w Bronze power supply, do you think I should upgrade for the 50w?
