Problem with BIOS settings access

I recently decided to overclock my i5 760 to avoid replacing both the CPU and mobo to upgrade, but when I go into the BIOS many settings are greyed out (base clock, vcore, RAM voltage and multiplier to name a few). There's also no BIOS accounts set up. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, my motherboard is the Foxconn H55MXV

Solution
Looks like your BIOS is locked. Cannot do much with a locked BIOS. Did this MB come in a pre-built system like from Dell, HP or any other major computer manufacturer? They usually lock their BIOS to cut down on service.

After some digging I found out it was the motherboard itself. This model seems to totally lack those controls in the BIOS. Bummer. Since decent P55 motherboards cost 200$ right now it doesn't make much sense to replace it, so I'm just gonna get an i5 4690k with a decent Z97 motherboard.
