Is DRIVERASSIST a rip off or a Good Thing?

It looks like DRIVERASSIST would be a blessing for finding and installing drivers after installing an OS on a new HHD, BUT, I want to hear from the community as to whether it does what they claim or it;s just a rip off.

Third party driver tools are usually rubbish. They're filled with ads, aren't up to date, and are generally a pain.

Windows Update will find 99% of drivers (though if it's for gaming you'll want to get the latest betas from Nvidia/AMD/Intel). Just do all the Optional ones.
