Driver irql_less_or_not_equal windows 8, no signal.

Recently my pc crashed, showed the error message displayed in the title but upon restarting, the display shows "No signal."

I'm wondering if there's any simple way to fix it. I'm not a techie individual, can anyone help me through this? I really don't know where to start.

Sounds like either a graphics driver issue or hardware issue. If you can get it to boot into safe mode, then try reinstalling the drivers. If you can't get it into safe mode, the graphic card itself might be dead (you can verify that by using integrated graphics for a bit).
