hi im having trouble on this aero effect

i have format my laptop, after i open it, it does'nt have any transparency... im using windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, and my laptop is samsung rv413... when i troubleshoot this, it says that the current video card may support the aero effects if i install a driver that complient with the wddm.. can you help me fix this, and if i should download something can you give me the download link...

If you installed drivers and use a aero them , then go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Performance Information and Tools
In the left side ; you should see adjust visual effects.open in.
Then click on adjust for best appearance and press OK
