Ram and cpu compatibility problem

Solution
The DRAM is an older set but Yes, it is compatible with AMD rigs as well as Intel rigs, it's a high performance 1600 that was released back around the release of the 1156 mobo. It will work and do so safely, 1.65 was typical back then for higher performance sticks, the earlier 1600 sticks were generall more JEDEC specid to timings of CL10-11 at 1.5

unfortunately, the i5-4460 fits in socket 1150 and your memory only allows for 1156.
If you don't mind waiting. I'd return the RAM and buy some new RAM which doesn't place restrictions on what CPU you can have. That way, you can get a good CPU + RAM

So if i am correct you say that this ram is compatible with i5 4460 and amd fx-8320? That means that 1156 and 1150 is the same? What about am3+?

No the 1150 and 1156 are different sockets and run with different CPU, just as the AM3+ is a different socket and only uses certain AMD CPUs. The DRAM itself is not tied to any particular socket type - they are generally advertised along with whatever socket was current at the release of the model of DRAM, in this case back with the 1156. If we were looking at newer DDR3 (which is made with high density memory chips, then you might have problems running it on the older 1156 socket as then DRAM was made with low density memory chips...many factors can play in with DDR3. That's the main reason I wrote the FAQs and Fiction article on DDR3, can find links to both parts of it here:

So you say that the manufacturer has the 1156 socket because there was no 1150 and am3+ socket back then and this ram is compatible with 1150 and am3+. I will read the links you posted , they seem very usefull. which cpu do you suggest for this system? http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/zW7mMp

Thank you for your anwsers and time. One more thing. I want to buy a motherboard and a psu. I want to spend 140 euros for both. I will buy from this site http://www.skroutz.gr/c/27/pc-hardware.html . My specs is here http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hdsqZL . Can you suggest me any motherboard-psu from this site? I think my video card is very big (33cm long) so should i be cautious with any particular things about the case or the motherboard's size?
