Could I play csgo and maybe Battlefield 4 with these specs at what settings and what fps should I get

CS:GO 1080p Medium to Low Settings you will Average around 50fps.

If your running Dual Graphics then expect a 10fps increase and a little higher settings, GS:go in this manner will stay above 50fps in High settings. This is before you Overclock the GPU or GPU's and increase the BUS speed on the CPU which will Overclock it as well.

RAM speed is another thing to look at here, hopefully you bought at least 2133mhz RAM, APU's gain as much as 35% performance by maxing the RAM speed.

1080p low detail average in the 20's It's recommended to run @ 720p
