I currently have the Logitech M510 (wireless) which as you know is not the best for gaming. I have a claw grip and I really like large side buttons, about the same size as the ones on the M510. I love RGB lighting. The perfect length for me would prob be something around 4.75 in. I like the width of the M510 but I would like one that is slightly wider. My color theme is red and black so I don't want anything with blue or whatever on it if possible. The last thing that I want would be more than 2 buttons on the side. I would like 3+ on the left so that I can have a sniper button and 2 macros and any buttons on the right side would be a plus but not necessary. I like the scrolling wheel with the ability to scroll horizontal.

I am right handed and my current mouse DPI is about 900. I would like this mouse to be able to use a DPI of about 1000-1500 (more is fine as long as it is adjustable)

Thanks!

I also have a Logitech M510, which is a good FPS mouse, as well as a R.A.T.Z. 7, both of which have sniper buttons which I personally like having and think are a great addition to gaming mice (many disagree but everyone is entitled to their opinions. However after purchasing a Corsair M65 I no longer use the other mice except with my laptop. The M65 has the best sniper button going (large and perfectly placed). I know many people dislike sniper buttons and they are entitled to their own opinions. Personally I think the addition of a sniper button really improved the gaming experience and I doubt I will ever get a mouse again without one. The M65 also has two other buttons besides the sniper button on the left side, which you seem...

UPDATE: I really like the button placement of the Logitech G502 proteus core but the blue is.... blue. If there are others like this but different colors, that would be perfect.

Also the games that I play are mostly FPS, Racing, and RPGs.

The M65 also has two other buttons besides the sniper button on the left side, which you seem to be looking for. Moreover the software is easy to use and very intuitive. Also they come in different colors with different lighting schemes so you could keep your RGB lighting. I have the black one but am getting a white M65 because I love the look better. Bottom line the mouse is smooth, responsive and the buttons to me have the perfect pressure. Once again the sniper button is the largest I have seen on any mouse and in a great position. I have big hands and find the size to be perfect, Finally the DPI adjustment is easy to access directly behind the scroll wheel. Actually the button directly behind the scroll wheel is unique in that it allows the scroll wheel to rotate freely without clicks (not really for gaming but great for quickly scrolling through web pages). Just my opinion but you may want to check out the M65. Maybe go to a computer store and check to see if it fits your hand the way you like as it does not extend. Good luck and I hope this helps. Double posting as my rig has changed.
