Video card upgrade for dell xps 8300

Hi, I am considering to upgrade my video card for AE jobs. I am thinking Quadro 5000 and Quadro 6000. My concern is the power consumption and the 6-pin power connection. If I don't want to change my PSU, would both card fit my system? My cup is i5 2320 and ram is 12GB. Thanks, CK

Your PSU would support 5000, because it require only one 6 pin connector, Maximum Power Consumption 152 W

Your PSU reported starting having issues with GTX 970, which is 165 watt GPU, but no issues with GTX 960 with 120 watt.

However, upgrading PSU is very beneficial, considering money spent on GPU, and it is very easy job to do, just about $120 or so for very good Modular PSU to avoid unnecessary wire clutter.
